forward flight off line

Thanks
Earlier posts said they had to give their stick a "slight" right bias for on-line foward flight. I have to push the control stick all the way into the front right corner to get my heli to fly straight forward. I wonder if there is a way to adjust one of the servo push rods to fix that. (it's interesting how slow it moves - straight but slow. If I push the lever straight forward, it moves forward faster - just off line. (btw, I've trimmed it out to hover quite well)

Not if you trimmed it to hover. You can fix it with programming though with a capable Tx... in effect, you can make it have different "trim" settings for hover or moving forward... by using a elevator/aileron mix.

If it's not that bad it's easiest just compensate with your stick

I've seen various mixes for the mCX and mCX2 based on Spectrum radios. Does anybody have any good mixes for the ER9X? I recently purchased one and am slowly learning how to take advantage of what it can do. So far I've only been successful in setting up the dual rates and throttle cut.

Why not take the DX6i settings for the MCX/mcX2 and apply it to your TX. At least you could use it as a base or starting point. Can the numbers be "all" that different??

Mike.

The programming is different enough that I can't follow all of it. The basic stuff for dual rates is no problem, but past that things get fuzzy.

Google: ER9X VS. DX6i

You'll see a lot of recent chit chat on RCG. It was too much to post so, you'll have to let your fingers do the walking. I saw an orange TX much like the "Anylink"...hhmmm.

Cool Although I dont think the 8 ball challenge is possible (it was hard enough landing on a football) but I hope you prove me wrong

Next time your in Germany we should do some mCX2 formation flying.

Yeah Mike, that what poor kids do, we try to save the paper and use it for next years presents ...

Plus, thanks to my many decades of "present-opening-practice" I got it down from ALL DAY to only about 2 minutes now (see video ...)
