Why is this night different from every other night?

Happy Passover to all who celebrate, and an early Happy Easter for those who celebrate that.

Peace to all of us.

Thank you Michael, and to you and your family too.

I ask your forgiveness on any snippy comments I may have directed at you in the past.

the difference is that on this night we choke ourselves on matzah and drink lots of wine...

just got done with the seder at my wife's kibbutz, around 600 people altogether and very laid back. my brother in law and i went through two bottles of wine by the time we got to the "second cup", by the fourth we were already borrowing bottles from other tables. that i can even post now is a miracle...

Sounds like you could have done with that fellow who turned water into wine at Cana in Galilee.

I don't know what they call it, but it's a Druid holiday too. I kinda lean Druid but I'm obviously not orthodox. I celebrate every day, just to make sure I'm covered.

My son celebrated the seder in school yesterday. They do this every year as part of Holy Week. It was nice to learn a little about a tradition I would otherwise only know of through pop culture. I feel the tiniest bit less ignorant now.

Hope you had a wonderful Passover.
