Well thanks to Dekan I had a flash of inspiration and remembered that I had scanned it in on my old PC. With the right name life was easy and no foray into the loft was deemed necessary.
For those not familiar with Ray M's plan drawing style I'll try to attach the plan to this post for your viewing pleasure!

Yep Ray has been quoted as saying that he hated doing the plans like that, as it made it so much harder to build from...

However editors never seemed to give him enough space to do it any other way

Have you noticed how many of Rays planes had a profile fuz.. years before his time

I always thought that his designs are as cool today as they where when he first made them. When you see one ,you know who designed it , just like any of clancy's designs. I think if rays designs where doubled up in size they would look really wild putting around in the air.

Ive always liked Ray's two fantasy scale twin fighters, Merlin and Kestrel. Surely must be good candidates for electric conversion (might even convince me to try electric one day, but far too many little diesels waiting for a fly now).

I'm not looking for a special type of model. I just want to add to my plan collection as many Malmström's designs as possible. Thanks for data!!!

Here is two that I have found on the net, and I know what you mean by picking the different parts from the plans , it's like taking a puzzle apart.

Oops.. should have checked that in my atlas. To make up, here is another of Ray's designs this time drawn in a "normal" plan layout. Jetex 100 powered and from the December 1950 Model Aircraft. Complete with paper trim tab

Thank you very much for these plans. I didn't have them, now they are included in my collection.

Does anybody have a list of what he had designed? I imagine that some are probally really hard to find at all today.

I have to admit that a lot, most in fact, of Ray's designs didn't appeal to me either. But there certainly is NO arguing about his originality and character in his designs. His work is the sort that if shown to me and not previously known I'd likely be able to pick it out as a Malmstrom design based on the looks and manner of the drawing. I may not want to build some of his designs but there's no doubt at all that he made the hobby much more interesting during his time on this plane of existance.

There is a list put out by Ray's old club...They say that they know about 200 plans, of which they can provide about 170...but that I expect includes some cars and boats
