good show!...never thought of that idea for clamping the mast......they're probably correct, but the masts seem really high compared to mine but it could be the camera distorting them.....i think your ship may deserve a better camera ...you don't want to embarrass the lady.....you know how vain some ladies are ....always checking on your progress....i had to pry off the tops on mine, cause i glued them on too far forward...normal for me ...two steps forward one step backwards.....keep up the good work....vic
ps....sorry about your illness..hope you'll fully recover....

there are 1.3mm to bigg. fault off to big iron(1mm)

now i have to move them and they come infront of other cannons on the lower deck.

i also can't follow the same direction of the line comming down.

difficult to explain when you speak no englisch and with technical shipterms that google don't understand.

i wouldn't know the correct terminology anyways...i got the idea.....it really tricky to get all the dimensions and proportions correct on these models........hardly a right angle anywhere on the ship to measure from.......tricky to get the shrouds to avoid blocking a cannon here or there....i've got a few close calls... i figure they'll have to shoot the cannon from an angle

yea.....like one spends maybe 4 years building an intricate model ship......and when on display somewhere, a kid comes up and says..."hey!...that cannon is going to shoot off the rigging!"..........i have a model of the vasa, and i had it in a model show......the center mast leans back quite a bit and the sails were kind of drooping towards the stern.....a kid came up and yelled "look dad that ship is going backwards!"....right after, i grabbed some spray starch and a hair dryer, masked, and sprayed the sails with some forward billowing......so there!

very simple.

1 day work ,and you have all the ropes you want.

With this machine I can make ropes till 20 meters.
