I have two Alfa EDF units with Littlescreamer Jet Screamer motors and I'm looking for a project to put them in. I'm thinking a twin like an F-4 or MiG 29.

I bought two 4s 1600 30c Turnigy lipos for my two Alfa jets but I never got a chance to use them before I destroyed both planes in crashes. I've been looking over the large amount of edf foam jets from nitroplanes and Banana Hobby. I wouldn't mind buying an airframe only kit and putting in my own guts. I'm not sure if my motor/fan setups would be an improvement from what comes stock. I'm sure my 2200 3s 30c and 1600 4s lipos would be a stock battery upgrade though.

Any ideas on what I can drop the Alfa fan into and have a screaming little jet?

I would say mig 29, Great performer!!!

I like this one. The Alfa fans are 60mm. Should be able to fit them.

Those are nice. Someone brought one to an indoor meet (did not fly indorrs) for us to check out.

I guess what I'm wondering is how the alfa fans compare at 60mm to the 64mm units. Most of the airframe kits come with the fans. I could just install my motors.

Thanks for the link. I saw those at the AMA expo and didn't even realize it. I thought they were regular foam.

I picked up 2 Phase 3 F-16s at RCX yesterday. I got the kit only for 40.00. These should be perfect for my gear. Now I start reading the P3 thread...
