Nice bike,

What amazed me was how smooth and fast these bikes really are. Also they are very easy to ride due to the balance of the machine it seems to go very fast, with little effort or fear.

Cheers!

Italians really do know how to make fast and good handling machines... Alfa Romeos and Ducatis are fine examples. But God they have quality problems.

I have always loved those. Just a beautiful car.

I think the 3.0 CSi is one of my top 10 all time faves, and yours is certainly an offspring.

Pyrobus, I have a few more shots of it, but I've misplaced the camera.

7car7, Thanks, it's a great machine, smooth, powerful and pretty good natured. I love the 3.0's I just can't bank roll the $50k right now :P ; yes, the E24's are almost a direct descendant from the 3.0's .

My sled... hardtail, spinner front hub, i.e., no brake, suicide shift, 80", shorty and 2" pipes. Got rid of Dyna electronic crap and put breaker plate with points etc in its stead. Only weighs 450lbs, can pull the front wheel and handles very well... I have scrapes on pegs to prove it! Traded it for an old VW.
edit: this pic is of it w hand clutch
