here you go thanks for the reply.

as you can see the motor doesnt line up with any of the holes only 1 of them, but then the rod rubs on the roof. If i use the adapter still doesnt fit.

you are going to have to drill new holes in the FC mount to fit the motors x mount. looks like you my only be able to get two screws though.

I don't use the x-mount. I just mount the motor directly onto the aluminum motor mount.

Yes that is a LOT different from my Small Part CNC mount.
Maybe you will have to use the slots. If the head of the screw slips through, then add washer.
Jim

How does the X mount line up with the mount?

I understand, but look at the pic he posted and you will see that his motor does not line up with that mount. I think his only option would be to use the x mount and re-drill.

yes, I didn't think it lined up.
But. was not quite sure about the Pic?
I am still wondering if the slots are not in line for the motor holes?

yea that's right holes on the mount are to far apart and on the motor to close so they don't match up and with the X mount on they sit right between motor mounts holes.

Might have to order a Small Parts CNC mount.
What is the distance from the center of the shaft to the center of a hole?

Is the mount from Multiplex or someone elses? Or is that motor just an odd size?

Does anyone know where you can get a new canopy?
Had a nose in yesterday, and I had to sand this one down, because it is out of shape. I can't seem to locate just the canopy.

I'll get the measurements. And its the motor mount from the box, so it's an original one. I'm amazed there was no plastic one and only the alloy one.

Just measured mine.

I just ordered my funcub last night! I can't wait to get it up in the air! Does the funcub now come with an aluminum motor mount?
