Two I painted a while ago. The Kyosho body was my first attempt and has long been retired and hanging on the wall in my garage.

Not sure if this is an honest question or a knock, but I'll play nice and assume the prior.

The first pic was (is) a Kyosho body that I picked up for $7 and was a first attempt at painting, the second is a standard Rustler Prographics body that I painted the next day.

I was unaware that to merit a post that a body had to be a 100% custom job.

lol sory not trying to knock it, it does look good, just never painted on myself as i love fuly designing and painting my own scheme ;D

This is my Traxxas Slash. You can tell something funky is going on with the suspension the way its sitting at an angle. Its been zip-tied and tweeked to run OVAL racing at our local track, www.RCARINDY.com.

Its 100% stock per the rules (Except the wheels, they are from ProLine which I may be forced to change. Some guys have complained). Great turnout each week for stock Slash oval racing!

You would be amazed at how fast they go. Very exciting action during a race! You can really rub fenders.

Tamiya Clodbuster


My very old Tamiya Clodbuster. Bone stock with the exception of a 100 amp Castle ESC (should be here this week) and a 2.4 reciever. The truck was gift to me from a fellow club member. It was just a pile of parts when I first got it. I now have a servo installed for the steering. All the bolts and screws have been checked. I'm planning on running it on a 3S 3300 Li-Po.

Thank You. Not bad for a freebie. It had been taken apart and put into a box. It took a bit to get it all back together. I should have my new ESC this week. I'm looking forward to running it.
