Scale ski boat/ pleasure craft?

Is anyone aware of a company that makes a scale or semi scale ski boat? I know that Robbe makes the Florida 26 but I'm finding it difficult to locate one in the US. I am also aware that Proboat makes a boat modeled after a Formula boat, but I'm not a fan of the paint scheme. I also prefer a kit. The best part is building the boat, I don't want something that I can just take out of the box, put a battery in, and hit the lake. Anyone have any suggestions?

The ski-nautique is really close to what I'm looking for. I love speed boats but I prefer scale so I have to find a happy mid. I know that Graupner and Venom have scale off short powerboats but they're a little more than what I want to spend.

Green-boat, I am assuming you ordered the kit off line? Knowing the hobby shops around the St.Louis area nobody would have a boat like that stocked.

I'll be starting a build thread in the next day or two on this..scratch building a Malibu 23 LSV. Luckily the 1:1 scale is sitting in my garage for measurements

I picked it up from Dennis over at Mark Twain hobbies. Dennis had gotten it from an estate that he bought out.
