Thomas, there's no way mosquitoes will be able to fly in that wind.

yes too early Thomas. keep in mind tho that in your particular instance, you must be watchful of herpes any time of year out there (place your choice of emoticon here)

...will keep you posted and will be sure to gloat if possible

sdr both days, sunny and lower 60s both days
friday gusting to 25mph with mild thermal cycling. no engines needed. Big ceres ripped it up big time as did Larry's 3m LS7. he was too chickenshit to try the lunak tho which probably wouldve done well.
then again i was too chickenshit to try out the 1:4 LS4 or was it that the big ceres was too fun?
found a soft landing spot for big scalies that wont need too much prepping sw of the trad spot. now need to convince Michael to try out the 6m Swift or Dave the 5m asw28 there 1 of these days.

saturday started decent around a chilly 15mph but calmed down from there. Larrys pike perfect and my cheater e-esprit and big e-ceres were weapons of choice. still nice flying until it went totally dead around 6pm.
on the ride home, you could see the shift in wind direction by about yakima.

Larry failed to convince me to stay thru today. my loss.

most pics taken on Larrys camera. here are a few hors de'vours until then.

for some reason no. i am again attributing it to the behavior of the big ceres - i luv how that thing covers the sky! also, due to lack of shop space, this trip turned out to be a big tuneup session for me. electric futz in the erwin's case (remedied). lotz o time under the hood this trip - hope for less next time.

gimme a hollar when you wanna head up chris!
