Hey Cry!

No - too much damage and too little time.
Lots of good parts left though!

Have a Blue/White 87" Extra 300SHP on the bench now with Hacker Q80-8M and Schuze ESC

Solved problems...power to ignition was not connected! Servo was was plugged in wrong channel when I rewired without testing...

This is what happens when you rush.

The sun never showed up at MARC today, but plenty of people did.

Larry came out with his EF Edge and a couple of warbirds. His Spitfire (Cry's old one) really looked sweet in the skies! Lee with his EF Extra, first to the field. A guy with a 3DHS 58" Edge who flew it well, and a 12 yr old young man with a few planes including his Katana. Later Victor and Robert showed up ripping the gassers around. It was a real treat to see Victor fly his huge Edge. Azhar showed up late and was not able to maiden due to servo issue.

We had some successful maidens, but the one I really wanted to see, Gareth's Blue Angel scheme EF Edge had the ESC burn up.... yes, Castle Creamations. Fortunately it happened testing it in the pits, and did not damage the fuse.

It was also good to see Kody and others I had not seen for some time.

Looking forward to warmer weather, longer days and sunny skies!

Here are some pics from the day....

Good pictures Chet. Wish I could have made it today, would have been nice to see everybody.

I wonder how many of us own planes we got from Cry? Me, Larry, Victor, there's probably more?

Many around the country too

My goal is to eventually have all the marcotics guys flying one of my previous planes. Chet also had one of mine. Flop, Flarp, Rick are/were owners too

I do have a 42% Raven airframe for sale. It was previously Harv's bird.
The airframe, wiring and a secraft dual rudder tray for pull pull.
$600 bucks, and if you want the DA headers and RE3 pipes, add in another $325 as a package deal.

Flies great. Landings are a bit tough. The gear is very springy so if you don't grease it, it'll bounce then most likely nose over.

I actually owned and flew 2 from Cry - a 57in Extra that Scamair now owns, and a 51in Slick. Thank you Cry

Vitter unpacked the bat plane and let it absolutely rip. (Supatim is a bad bad influence) lol

There were a few misses & excitement in the pits.

Third Vitter's Twin DA decided to run for fun on one on the ground. One Cylinder ignition issue.

All and all the plane God's were watching out for the Mob. The weather might have been overcast but whenever the Mob shows up itís a great time.
It was a great time

SupaTim may be a bad influence but I wouldn't change a thing. The last few days of flying have be the most fun I have had in the hobby

I haven't checked yet but I think its just a spark plug issue.

Thanks for the donuts
