A question to you guys, off topic. What towns north and east of Kirkland say up to 25 to 30 miles would offer the best housing for the buck. Looking for single family residence. Thanks

If anyone wants to make a drive south, we're hucking the NCC in the morning! Planning on gettin there by 9:30(ish) and staying til 2. Gas huffers, Glowtards, or E-tards, we love them all down here!!!

Duval has drawn alot of people the last few years, lotsa newer construction and decent prices
