The "Pinch Method"
The "Pinch Method" is one I have seen mentioned in many articles and this page does a really good job of keeping it simple. Check it out!

Walbro Carb Tune-up
This article has cool pictures of the parts and pieces of our beloved carburetor and a good explanation of what's going on in there. The tuning method is a bit odd compared to many of the articles I've read but if the "Pinch Method" doesn't work I would certainly give it a try.
That's it, now if the weather would just allow a 3D Flash Mob Bake Off!

Enjoy - mark
Good stuff. Thanks Mark.

Dude you scared me at first

Flopgun and I both had the same issue with the palm of our hand touching "The SensorTouch™ dial" wile flying and entering the programing menu

I noticed in this firmware update they have added an Auto Lock Function
"The Auto Lock Function makes it possible to automatically lock the transmitter to prevent any unwanted programing/input when in use"

I will be updating ASAP.
