I know the wind forecast for tonight and tomorrow doesn’t look good. I hope the weather forecast is correct and they got the wind forecast wrong.

wasn't too bad this evening.
Just had to come into the landing pattern at an angle and then give some rudder to line up.

Had a nice time flying with the fella's after a long time away.

Little windy around 7pm, but calmed down for about 45 minutes of flying. Good to see you Cry!

Purchased a Hanger 9 Spitfire MkII 60 from Cryhavoc back in March for $200, but I will probably not set it up and need to sell it.

It has retracts and a big ol Axi motor on the nose.

He sold it with a suitable esc for it, and I have a 6s 5000mah pack for it.

All you would need to do is to add your receiver, and maybe a BEC and she is ready to fly.

As Cry said, "Someone come get it out of my garage."

Pretty much, supervisor from our shift got moved to babysit another supervisor, and my buddy already had his vacation approved - so the other two graveyard peeps (myself included) had to cover two spots.

Sorry to hear that you have to work even more when the weather is finally nice.
At least you'll get even more money in the bank!

Yeah, got excel open @ work and browsing the web planning on how-to spend it all lol!

This time will pass, not worried about it - just practicing on the sim @ home, and getting all my planes setup in my radio so once I got my receivers I'll be ready to go.

Weekend line-up

Dear fellow local flyers,

Some of us are going to Payne Fields Aviation Appreciation Day tomorrow morning, which will have many planes on display to get close to and flying.... it was really fun last year -

and then we are going over to MARC in the afternoon, weather permitting.

Hope to see you there!

Daniel and I finally got to get out to the field today! It was great to be able to burn some gas after not being able to since Mollala! Got some good practice in, and had a good time. Now that flying season is here we will hopfully be able to make it out more often.

If by flying you mean finishing up builds @ night and sleeping during the day!

Hoping to hit the field Tues/Wed/Thurs to make up for lost time.

Isn't that Zach kid an instructor?
