Wow..all that and a night flyer setup? It takes a brave man to fly a jet in the dark.

I'm dying to see if that suspension is suitable for a grass runway...but this thing is looking better by the minute.

Better than 1:1 thrust/weight! Sweeet.

You guys have outdone yourselves.

EDIT: Awesome flying in the video... who was the pilot?

Nice cockpit!!

I assume you will have it on display at the Toledo, Ohio show in April and able to buy on the spot at a discounted price .

I will certainly have them at Toledo, providing the first shipment isn't already sold out. Not sure about a discount. That's a great price we were shooting for with everything it includes.

Wow! That is very, very nice. I like it a lot. Great job Hobby-Lobby. Now you can start carrying more of these 90mm jets.

I'm glad I've held out, until now. I've been on the fence with a very itchy trigger finger. Hoping and thinking it will get better...
Thank You Hobby-Lobby.
I'm in on this one.

Nice presentation video Jason. The product info on your web site is also very nicely done. The in depth set up instructions included in the manual (available already on your site as a PDF) that show how to use a Spektrum DX7 are a nice touch as well. Get that info out there so everybody is not emailing and asking you guys how to do it, eh?!

And I have a special pilot by Boomer that has been setting on my bench just waiting for a worthy ride ... looks like he will soon be sitting pretty in that sweet cockpit!

The struts and LEDs really add a nice touch too. With the 6S 3850 sized lipo, what kind of flight times can we expect? Four minutes maybe? Of course it ultimately depends on the pilots use of throttle but just looking for a ball park number here.

Looks LARGE and looks like lotsa fun!

Thanks Jon. I'm loving this jet. I have my timer set at 4 minutes and that's about all you get on the 3700's I'm using.

will this jet fit 6s 5000mah lipos without cutting or serious cg issues?
and is this offered as an arf?
if its offered as an arf , what is required to complete? ex: servo extentions, # of servos, (metal gear or not), motor kv, ?
oh, and finally what are the estimated top speeds of this on a level pass?
....about to make the preorder

5000's might be pushing it. You'll definitely have to modify the battery area to make it fit. Speed is probably 75-85 going level.

Jason, any chance of you offering this model in just an airframe version?

While no doubt, the Thunder Power Battery that H-L is reccomending is a great one... and worth every penny... it's not going to be cheap. They don't seem to have it in stock but the smaller 2700/6s pack is $ figure $20-$30 more than that.

BUT...thanks to HobbyKing, this plane is accessible even to working slobs like me: $58+ship (out of stock at the moment)
Here are some others that might work:

I hope you don't mind the suggestion of an alternate battery source in your thread, Jason. I'll remove it if you prefer but I think it makes the plane more viable for a lot of people.
