ST Models Blaze Hotliner

I heard that Ripmax have shown a new ST Model called the 'Blaze' at Nurnberg. It is not on their website yet but will be soon, apparently. It's a V-Tail hotliner! I like their Fox a lot so can't wait for this.

Looks good!! There's a glider and an EP version by the look of it. Both come with or without 2.4ghz radio.

Only slightly, but then the Blizzard doesn't come complete with servos, extention leads, motor, ESC, prop and spinner.

Due to start shipping to dealers in the UK sometime in March, according to Ripmax. Hopefully the reviews will be favourable. Not sure what ST Model quality is like, the MX2 ? seems to be pretty well liked. I had the Easyglider clone from them and wasn't too impressed.

My son has the MX2 and I reckon it's superb for what it cost (£99 from Ajay Models in Chesterfield). If the Blaze is anything like, it'll be worth every penny.

Are we there yet?

Looks alright. Cheap enough for me to chuck off the slope due to to the LZ. Hopefully it'll balance with a battery pack too. Blizzard needs a lot of weight up front as a pure glider.

I don't know if you are aware, but the Blaze is available as a pure glider too so there won't be any balance issues.

^ there is something about fast-flat--streamlined wings like that that make orientation a bitch! ABOVE 100 FEET.

My proof
