Unhappy with your customer service...

Dear sirs

Finally found a kit that was in stock, made my order, paid my money, got a message that it was shipped....

Then received another message that my "SHIPPED" order was now "out of stock"!

What is going on?

Very disapointing experience, one that I will NOT repeat.

Buyers Beware!

Sam,

order yhst-17210252890263-159184 for a Kadet Seniorita

Sam, appreciated your call today, wanting to iron out the issue. Can not see any resolution with out the kit in the mail, and even then there is no guarantee that it won't arrive in pieces or with parts missing...which would be even worse than where I am now. I don't blame you, Sam, just the company you are working for. Took my chances on a busy day...

A full refund per the last Nitro Planes email will do.

Refunded

Sam,

Got my refund.

I wish I could say "thanks for the great service", but making an order with Nitro Hobbies for nothing really was kind of a stinker for me.

I do appreciate getting my money back quickly though, thanks for that point.

T45 Set up instructions?????

I just recieved a very nice little T45 (55mm fan).

Thanks for the promt shipment. I was pleasantly surprised to find it in stock.

I have personally seen this plane fly and it's an awsome EDF jet. The assembly instructions are pretty brief. There was no set up instructions in the box. How does one set up the plane without using rudder? Are there any suggested throws for the ailerons and elevator?

Hello, Jawsmon.

For your T-45 you can have 10-20mm throws. for your elevators and ailerons. As this model does not have rudder, to turn you would bank and pull.
