esc all one, can i change to different tx/rx?

basikally guys im wondering if i can use my new eurgle tx/rx in my old plane cessna tw 747, however i am led to believe that the rx and esc in this plane is all one, does this hinder me doing this? can i get round it??

you would have to replace the all in 1 board with a ESC and RX (compatable with your TX) to fly her.

any idea what ESC i would need for a 37A motor???

One with at least a 37 amp capacity.

But, I seriously doubt that little brushed motor is drawing 37 amps.

yer i think the esc is 30 amps, but even then it seems alot, however i take it the esc just connects stright to the motor? i found out this information about my plane and was wondering if this ESC i have found would be adiquate to go with my new 2.4g eurgle system

someone kindly posted this on another one of my threads for me..

Wingspan 980mm (40')
370 brushed motor with gearbox
8x6 prop
8 cell 650mAh NiMH
4ch 35MHz with rx/esc in one unit

The last item on the list is the little beast you're looking for. Mixing the receiver and the ESC in one unit is pretty in a bad way.
