The file takes 8 sheets of 8 1/2 x 11 to print

Here is a picture of all the pages printed taped together.

6mm Depron?

I really want to build one of these. I just wiped out my old
plane with a 8mm bearing tube CDROM motor on it and
have most of the electronics. Do you think it must be built out
of 9mm depron? I have a bunch of 6mm. I also have some
3mm and I suppose I could glue them together.
Thanks for posting all this info.

This Plane was designed around 9mm epp foam as the foam can take a crash tha twould destroy other planes made out of Depron.

"You can build most planes like this out of FF,Bluecore,Pinkfoam,Depron and they will fly it's just not going to bounce back from a crash like EPP does.

After looking at The picture in the build thread Great question!

I like the soldering iron idea. I have been borrowing my friends Dremel with a router attachment...too cheap to buy one for myself .

Plane looks great

Funny after all this time this was the first time I tried the method of Printing out the plans, and then attaching them to the foam using a light spray of 3mm77 and then just cutting out the parts! "WOW so much faster and cleaner
and the lines come out better" who says a old dog cant learn a new trick, for those of you who still hand cut this has to be the best method,

I call this method!
PRINT
PASTE
CUT

Just make sure yo have a new #11 x-acto blade a good ruler and some 3mm77 spray and your good.

Have you tried 3M-45? Half the cost and works just as good if not better for what we use it for.

EPP Source?

Thanks for the info on the aileron servo. I should have know that.

I decided not to use Depron for the fuse. I already have a set of wings
the right size left over from another planethat are
an EPP airfoil and I'll probably use these with a 9mm
EPP fuse.

Where did you get your sheet of 9mm Depron?

Thanks,

Jon
