For the last 17mths I stopped flying, thinkering, scratchbuilding and modding planes due to the arrival of our fist baby girl! About a month ago I started getting interested in the hobby again and started flying.

To get my skills up and running I decided to start simple. I was inspired by the creations of '036036'(youtube username) So I decided to make a paper plane shaped model out of wallfoam. I love micro stuff and LRF's

All of the hardware except wallfoam are from an old megatech avion. I chose this because it has proportional throttle and about 7 steps of rudder. She flies in high alpha like the stingray/cyclone but with more control.

I havent done any wing warping/cambering yet when the video was taken. The curved dihedral
is due to the wallfoam being rolled. I even forgot to recharge the plane. The plane is flying on empty.
Will post another video later.

Cool, flies nice and slow. It sounds like the prop is shredding the paper, why so loud?

It's clean and simple lined, looks like it can take the odd furniture knock too. GREAT design !

the wallfoam acts like a sound board which amplifies the sound. I've already prop balanced the prop by adding blu-tac.
