I am currently working on (3) designs. First is a multipurpose Cassutt. This model I will post plans for everyone to have access to to build from this site. It will be modeled after the BooRay. I plan to incorperate the plug in wing system as Jerry did on his Outrageous. That way with a simple wing change, you could plug in a taper wing as well as a stock CC wing. The stock set-up will be a 9.7 x 39" CC. Then a simple wing and tail change could make it an Outrageous, Mariah, Chico Puro, Snoshoo, Long Winged Boo Ray, and any other of the popular modified taper wing Cassutt's. I will include the plans changes. Would need some different canopies and turtle deck configurations, but that would be very easy. I will maintain the same molded cowl for all models.

Second Model is the Kelly. This will be a short kit and will be next after the Cassutt. I would like to offer a short kit for this model.

The 3rd Model is a Swee Pea. I have high hopes to get this model this year, but it requires some work to get it right. The layout was easy, but it the flats will require some work.

All thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated. The stock wing Cassutt would be a great 3S class if it is determined that the 4S class is still too intimidating for newbies. 3S and the Turnigy SK 35-42-1250 on a 9 x 6 would be around 70-80 mph.

just picked up this thread and like many previous posts have to say this idea is spot on - i have a prather little toni kit sitting in my building room ,the idea being to develop this model for a future electric pylon class here in the UK , looks like you guys have beat me to it and i applaud the concept . I realise that today this is being launched as the NMPRA electric formula One class , however with the advent of his forum do you feel that a set of rules could be developed taking into consideration views from around the world of interested parties - a generic formula that all pylon organisations could agree to and adopt ie specs that cover , models , motors , batteries , and eqpt that could be available to the masses . In my book this is abreath of fresh air - well done and count me in -

Form #1 lives again...

"""Form #1 lives again..."""

try to keep it low priced...

this can end up like all of MNPRA where the

$$$ wins

keep it where the FLYING SKILLS will win

where YOU can not win just by spending big $$$

buying a FAST ARF reasonably priced will

grow this event.................

I did see these at the 2009 NATS

it has lots of potential

re where the hobby is going totally...

to be able to BUY one ARF that is competative

is well needed...

any proposed prices as of yet...???

this is an FAI world champ meet year in ELECTRIC FAI at Muncie...

a demonstration event at the FAI WC, or Nats

or the National Electric Fly In at Muncie in JUNE

would go a long way to promote this

and get lots of PR in the mags...
