Golly Nate. A bent prop adapter huh? That's really tough.

Hmm, Never had a bent prop adapter on a glow plane. I guess those darn glow engines are just too reliable.

Prop Hub Adapters are made to bend to prevent motor damage. When Huckin, the risk is much higher.

Never bent a prop adapter on an electric plane.
Bent a number of prop shafts on electric motors and broke three completely off.

Only bent one crankshaft on a glow engine. It was a ST 2300 and it was planted about 8" in the ground after the crash. Got it straightened and cost me $5.

Just added a Showtime 90 ARF kit to my line up. The Scarey Edge 540 just found its ticket to find a new home... If you ask, not even nice, this edge could be yours free!

I am pullin her motor and leccy's for the showtime. She needs the power of the 1.08 or a really fisty 91, 60 to 90 just not enough. OS 95 would be a good one. She is solid built, was the early version Seagull had out.

Kerwin 49 has that Edge, he bought it from anothe friend of mine that had a satio 100 in it.
It was a dog then K49 put a 91 fx in it and woke it up.
Still it's heavy and can be a bit snappy if pushed.
K49 does make it look good flying it though.

Well it's finally flyday. They're saying we may hit 50. With winds out of the west at 4 mph.
I hope I can get the boys out to fly today.
The twist still sits. I've been so busy with this an that and sometimes flat out tired.

We may have a new twist addict. This guy I taught to fly 8yrs ago when I frist moved to the country, is now going to buy one with his income tax. Too many times he's been grounded due to the wind and crashed a super stick trying to wind soar it.
I'm got to call his new twist TET, Tango Eating Twist.
We're going light ( pro 46) over power as to get her to float in a flatspin.
I can't wait as I love virgin twist mmmmmmmmmmm

I think the 26cc is too big and the weight would not be good. Saito 1.25 was all the power needed. If I did a gas engine, it would be something around 15cc. DLE 20 would be the most. The Saito 1.25 is great for power to weight ratio.

A 95AX would be a good 2 stk match I think.
