I just noticed the Chinn YAK is discontinued. That is surprising because I thought is was a good seller.

I am going to try to start that Edge this afternoon. Maybe it will grow on me.
Wayne,

Kerwin,
Dang it that stinks...that is no way to be introduced to the 3DHS goodness.
I'm sure the vendor will make it right...only thing is the timing of things. I agree that you should PM Horton and see if he can help you out sooner rather than later. I'm sure he will help you out regardless, it is just a question of timing.
Your post made me remember when I was putting together my 46" Vyper last month and I used CA instead of epoxy on the tail fin - so it got stuck halfway in and I had to douse the whole thing in debonder to get it out...I thought I had ruined the plane for a few minutes...so I understand your frustration. Hang in there and it will be worth the wait.
Regards,
Mike

Espirt is now out of stock on the $100 Edge. Looks like you will have to wait for 3DHS to get up and running. By the way, did you have to pay any shipping since the airplane was $100? It looks like on their website that they charge for oversized stuff, like airplanes???

While they are out of stock, they may have some incomplete or shipping damage parts that are good, might be worth a try.

Those "Buck Hucks" sell so fast.

I have seen kit builders do that too. There is no awesomness kit, we are not good enough to assemble one if their was. Its a time honored China secret to build light weight awesomness and requires a girls touch... I know a many of US RC pilots that dream of a day they could marry one of these girls.

Now where did I put those flame proof undies?

I posted pics on RCG of the visit, and one of the flight crew that brought it to the US <and signed the fuse> was a RCG member and told the story of its moth balling in Washington.

Museum of Flight

Since it is in the middle of Seattle and Tocoma.... I think we were at the same Boeing Field.

3DHS and EF are solid choices, don't forget about Pilot Rc! Custom scheme for little extra and nobody complains about the planes or the service. Azhar at Aztec is a good dude too, if you want a Slipstream(Goldwing).Tell him I sent you.
