DC-9-51 EDF Foamie - North Central airlines




This is my first attempt at a EDF airliner, so I hope I don't screw up too bad

Specs:OA lenght 67 inches
Wingspan 48 inches
weight 2.5-3 pounds max
2 55-70mm edf's
2 14V 3000mah poly-lipos
2 HXT 2835 (380S) 3900kv Brushless Inrunners
4 micro metal gear servos

Left wing without any internal ribs or carbon fiber rods, they'll installed later.
the dc-9-51 has some real short wings in relation to the fuselage

I allways try to buy a model of the plane I want to build you can really compare your scratch build to the model for referrence.

Here's the tail & stabilizer, unsanded & rough with vertical stabilizer held on with pins (not how it will be attached of course)

This photo shows the internal carbon fiber rods & aileron servo, All I then need to do is fold the wing together and bingo you've gotta wing . . . .or a waste of depron
