Here is a few 3D's of my current project that will fly in about 3-4 months. I have 20k to date in the project.

At the end you can see the pics of her at 80% complete.

I could have never designed this plane with out teaching myself all this CAD/3Ds stuff.

Also some 3D animations I created for testing my design:

One of my projects is an F86D. I used Inventor to make the solid model and a homemade CNC wire cut machine to cut the parts. Still in progress.

A few screen shots of a scale model of the Skyfarer, drawn in TurboCad Pro, and scratch-built.

Harpye,

I was wondering when you might show your wares. Excelent work all arround. In fact i would say a good teacher when it comes to 3D cutting operations on CNC. I have started using some of the things you do when cutting shapes out on the wire machine, takes a little while to get the strategy down but once you start thinking in terms of operations per part which is easier on the sofware, things come out really nice.

Nice work guys!

Here's a few of my CAD models, I tend to keep them on the simple side to make them easier to dissect into cut files, if it goes that far, the details can always be added later on if needed.
