Thanks for any input,

Bill
Park 450 will pull a 38" plane just fine on a 10x4.7 prop. HS-55's are good (comparable to the HTX-900). I would suggest thinking about something <=1000mah in 3S for lipos, though.

Thanks for the info. I guess I'm not opposed to spending a little extra and upgrading the components, after all it is the Christmas season and gifts for the wife have already been taken care of.

IMHO, you shouldn't have to upgrade anything.

I don't use the brake for belly landings and I've never had an issue. I land in medium tall grass, but the propeller has never broken.

Five flights this am @40*f. Switched it up to 80/30 from 50/30 and she flies really well! this plane just does everything so nicely without any surprises. Super slow landings are fun. If I had only one bird, this would be it. My wife says, aren't you ever going to fly the PZ P-47 again that I got you?.

After my first couple times flying foamies, I couldn't figure out for the life of me why anyone who flies 3D would want a full-fuse plane. For my use, profiles are the way to go--so much easier to repair and/or replace!

Juka! Best flying plane that I have. Here is what surprised me. I knew from others that the Juka was a 3D monster. But what surprises me is how precise it is. It's incredibly precise even. Which makes me want to try an extra now.

Of course, it could also be that I had previously used these junk servos on my first DW Fusion model (yak 55) and the Juka has only had HS 65MGs.
