Speed 480 Race with planetary gearbox

Graupner Speed 480 Race with 3.45:1 planetary gearbox.
Graupner number 6501 7.2 volt

This motor is great for a 400-500 square inch sailplane, a Zagi or I had it in a SR Batteries X-250.

It costs $80.00 new and I am asking $52.00, including shipping to the lower 48.

I also have a Jeti 35 ESC for this motor, if you need it!

No reasonable offer will be refused and please no trades.

this the one..!

...from HL web site..
...Motor and gearbox using GR6330 SPEED 480 Race 7.2V with a 3.45:1 gearbox. With 8 cells, 10x8 CAM folding prop GPC10080, this will draw about 15 amps and give (Ecalc derived) 20+ oz. thrust!

Speed 480 Race

It is similar, except the Graupner part number on my motor is 6501. This motor is 1 1/2 years old.

Yup ..that's correct..

..from HL web site..
REALLY hop up your SPEED 400 powered sailplanes! The "pitch" speed is high 47mph allowing "hotline" performance from low drag SPEED 400 sailplanes.

GR6501 SPEED Gear 480, 3.45:1 ....... $ 79.90

When they put the two items together ...it becomes #6501
