Replace them by Robart Hinge, or seal your actual elevator hinge gap with white monokote.

Lubrificate the hinge point before gluing it in place.
I use polyurethane glue (Gorilla). Hold well and fill the entire hole when drying.

Great Planes Revolver Sport 70"

Awesome looking plane. Thinking about getting one and dropping an OS 91fx in it. Has anyone used this engine in it?

No not personally. I have seen a few u-tubes with the .91 in it though, really seems to go pretty darn good too!

I have a Magnum .91 four stroke in it and it flies very nicely. I think an OS .91 FX two stroke would be great.

I've flown it with a magnum. 91fs and a os. 75ax. I like the sound of the fs, but the .75ax has more power.

I'd drop in a 1.20 fs for unlimited vertical.

Increase the pole count.... I found that Jeti spin had miss calculated a few scorpion motors...

Nice speed demon you got there.... me thinks I may need to make motor change on mine next season

Hi Guys,

I have the smaller Revolver, and crashed it and dinged the rudder. Great Planes sent me a new rudder, but they sent the wrong one--they sent the rudder to the plane you all are flying, the larger Revolver. GP doesn't want me to send it back, so I have one rudder for this larger Revolver available if anyone needs it.

It's free, but you can have it only for cost of my shipping. Send me a PM if interested. Thanks.

I got the revolver in today and let me tell you. This is one sweet looking plane. I'm sure it flies as sweet too. Not only is this a great looking plane, it is built like a tank. Wings are sheeted foam and both stabs and all control surfaces are either solid wood or completely sheeted. Can't wait to get this one out to the field.

Your going to love it. I have both the smaller one and the 70". My small revolver just got banged up pretty bad this weekend. A foot from landing and got a big gust of wind causing it to role over and cartwheel down the runway. Loved it so much will be ordering another one.

I used manual recommendations for first flight and quickly went higher than recommended...so I'd stick with stock setups and maybe 25% expo for beginners.

Revolver 70 - OS FS-95

Just destroyed my small revolver and going to upgrade. Does anyone know if the OS FS-95 fits into the bigger revolver and are there any issues.

Based on the fact that I have a Magnum .91 four stroke in my Revolver 70 and also am installing an OS FS.95 V i another plane, I don't see any issues in installing the .95 V in the Revolver.
