BO now make all police files on USA citizns immune from FOI (freedom of information )in the USA by using a Executive Order 12425 . If the USA wants to stop a FOI request on a police file all they have to do is store it in the INTEPOL (world police ORG )computer system and the Executive Order 12425 makes the INTERPOL immune from searches or confication or even the USA legal system of FOI

IN your face BO has let the international forces that are intent to destroy the USA from within get inside the USA and be immune from anything .
With friends like that who needs bogie men in caves as enemies

EO: AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER 12425 DESIGNATING INTERPOL AS A PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words "except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act" and the semicolon that immediately precedes them.

Here's the text of 2(c), which this EO now has applying to INTERPOL:

(c) Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable.

An INTERPOL branch in the US now cannot be searched, it's files are not subject to legal subpoena nor discovery. If any branch of government wants to keep documents out of the hands of the court system, just hand them over to INTERPOL until the smoke clears.

INTERPOL will now be able to maintain files on US citizens.

By this EO, Obama has conferred diplomatic immunity upon INTERPOL, exemption from being subject to search and seizure by law enforcement, exemption from US taxes, and immunity from FOIA requests, etc.

Obama just declared INTERPOL records immune from search and seizure -- "The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable."

Does INTERPOL have a file on Obama -- on his associations?

1) How exactly would this have any effect on that particular investigation? Did Starr make use of the FOIA to get information?
2) Ken Star certainly spent a lot of time looking into many things, but IIRC all he ever did come up with was Monica Lewinsky.

Very hard to wade through the noise to research what this actually means on Google.
The most interesting take on this is from the birthers. They seem to think that it is Obama's way of covering something up.

Obviously that is the motive the birthers are asserting.

There are extremists/conspiracy theorists who claim there are bogeymen behind every rock.

Most people see them for exactly what they are.

Here is a case where the Obama administration is actively working to make gov't held information inaccessible to the people..

And the left thinks that's OK..

(remember it was Bush that tore up the constitution)

Low, slow and dirty
Each party has played a major role in tearing up the constitution! There's PLENTY of blame to go around on that one. It's quickly getting to the point of no return.\

If the people started voting out the incumbents in large numbers. The Gov't will no doubt suspend elections giving some lame excuse. Those who make a fuss will be dealt with.
