It could be the servo or if the same rx that antenna that fell off if it was not repaired correctly.
I ordered a new Receiver and a Set of new Servos to be on the save Side.
Klick and Klick
I really hope this is not some systematic Problem since this was the second servo that gave up on me.

Just to inspire you guys a bit...
Today finally subscribed to Neffwaffes Youtube-Channel His Airliners look great and fly very scale-like. I'd really like to know how much his planes weight because they seem to be so much lighter then anything else around.

Very interesting build up technique. You say you are new and have never done this before? Look forward to flight video
It's a little overbuild in some parts and putting the Servos close to the CG was not worth the effort and mechanics required to reach the Rudder and VStab.
I can't wait to start construction on my next Airliner-Project where I'll try to lighten the construction by quite a bit. I'll also have to make the Wings removable or buy a bigger Car.

That would be the blind leading the blind. Please read the first post in this thread.

I've posted a link to a very good MD80 PDF-Plan in another thread where you also asked. Why not try that one?

Sorry to hear about that! What percent throttle did you get up to? I hope she's got more power in her.

I got up only to about 50-60% because before advancing the Stick all the Way I wanted to make sure that the ruder had enough authority to keep the aircraft centered on that rather narrow street. (It has)
I fixed the Wheel problem now and I'm hoping for good weather tomorrow in which case I'll rise early and give it a another try.

cheers

I overslept
Conditions are fine as long as I get up at 5:30. There is to much wind later in the day. However, I did some taxi tests on the street in front of my house and I'm now sure that there is enough power for takeoff since I did an accidential 'hop'.

Although I got up rather early there was to much wind again. I did try once but the plane turned violently to the right while accelerating (I can't take of into the wind because of the road) and that made me throttle down instantly.
Hoping for really nice weather on the weekend now.

Just found this thread, but I'm really looking forward to the flight report. Looks like you did a beautiful job on the plane
