As much as possible for my style of flying. I only reduce throws for speed planes.

Must not buy more planes!

Me too. My elevons go as far as they can on high throws, but I fly around at stall speed all the time.

On low throws, probably about 60% of that. But I've never actually measured.

Thanks guys. Using HXT900,s and the Dubro Micro Razor Horns.

This will be my first plane being setup for my DX6i. I have the little OrangeRx 4 Channel.

Can anyone recommend differential and exponential settings please?

No differential. I use 100% throws and 45% expo on high and 65% throws and 25% expo. But I am a bit of a stick banger.

Theres the man!!!

Confused as hell again on my prop savers.

The prop saver that came with my Turnigy 2750....is that for the 8/4 prop?

Also i ordered SKU C-380 from HeadsUp. Its a 3 mm prop saver. Now its not showing up i think they changed the SKU. It cost 2.95 is that the regular saver for a 7"

Having trouble setting up the dx6i. I choose "elevon" for the wingtail mix. I hear servos move when I plug battery in but can't make them move with radio.

I'm running about 60% expo and have recently added 20% differential which seems to help the barrel rolls a bit.

At the risk of belaboring the obvious, are you sure the servos are plugged into the correct ports on your Rx? Can you go to the monitor screen on your Tx and confirm that your sticks are doing what you think they're doing?

Have one servo in ail and other servo in elev.
Tx on elevon Activate. The monitor menu shows them moving.
Only one servo moves. Do I have to set those Mix 1 settings for elevon mode to work?

Follow these instructions to program your DX6-i for elevons.

Awesome thanks for link was reading that thread earlier. Its huge...still cant figure out if i can use the Rudd channel of my 4ch Rx.

Was about to watt test my GWS EP 7035 and 8040 props. I have both size prop savers from heads up.

Problem im having is the EP 8040 wants to mount backwards. I want the numbers facing forward correct? That doesnt work using the back facing motor....what am i missing here?
