The eBay helis are typically sold out of China or Hong Kong directly. The XHeli one is sold out of California. $30 with free shipping isn't that bad IMO, and if there is a problem at least you can maybe get some help. Not sure how the eBay sellers do with problems after the sale.

All of my S107s came from xHeli. Each genuine and equally reliable. Only gripe with their outfit is spare parts availability. I had to go to another site for a tail rotor boom assy and I've noted several other parts out of stock. They did readily provide tech support by phone to validate my idea of splicing vs soldering replacement electrical parts leads. Prices, competitive as anywhere else, and I'm confident now with them sending no fakes.
