Yes Naza with GPS works fine, i have one on a TBS discovery frame... I know there was a special batch done for Southern hemisphere initially so make sure you buy from a store supplied by PerthRC as they are the importer.

arkrc.com.au
perthrc.com.au
multiwiicopter.com

to name just a few.

So........after 12 years of relying on prescription glasses, I have decided to see an eye surgeon to check if I am a suitable candidate to corrective laser surgery.

If I am, I will go ahead and do it. It will be worth the $6500

Appointment late today!
Mate - the best $6K we ever spent. My Mrs had it done about 5 years ago now, and she has never looked back (pardon the pun)

She needs glasses to read for long periods of time, but not having to wear glasses all day everyday, and being able to see the clock on the other side of the room is life changing!!

Good luck mate.

Flew the wing today with all the new mods and it came good! Only thing now is the wing wobble so I may try bigger winglets.

Sherman - I have seen someone put one in the middle of a wing. Don't know if you can do that or not though.

Cheers

Good luck with it. My missus had Lasik a few years back. Was only good for about 18 months then back to where she was before. Not sure if its the same procedure as you are having.
If you like, a KOGAN16" monitor is a great, cheap replacement/substitute/enhancement to the goggles. I now fly with both. I need glasses to read but can use the Headplays ok without. I use specs to see the monitor, but its brilliant. Widescreen HD.

Try putting some smaller ones in closer to the root, probably near your servos but close to the TE.

Thanks for all the encouragement guys. Sitting in the waiting room now at the eye surgeon.

Catching up on the threads on the iPad....better than reading 10 year old Issues of Womans Day!
