My bipe currently is sitting at 43g w/ everything but the 2 aileron servo's, lipo, esc and motor. I believe its final weight should be about 80-83grams. its wing loading will be less than .4oz per sq. inch.. I've got micro Avion #2 on the board now, which will use an AR6400L and 2 AS2000L's with SFG's and 1 1/2" more wingspan. I'll let ya know how that one flies. The owner of this one, doesn't want to go brushless so i've got to get it as light as possible for the stock sukhoi power system. |

My bipe is all 2mm depron and w/ the carbon bracing, is very stiff. I believe the avion made from 1 or 2mm depron w/ some carbon rod of plate spars, it could come out under 30g RTF. |

Micro Nite Stalker
Here is an odd one for you. AUW is 27g with the UM Su-26 motor and a 4.4x4 prop it almost hovers. I use a 150mah battery.

Got my batts, esc and motor in today.. all i'm lacking is 1 linear servo for the ailerons and my bipe will be done.. what i'm having a hard time deciding, is running 2 linear servos @ 3grams (85g RTF weight) or 1 6.6g servo (38g RTF weight)...

Do you need the torque of the 6.6?

I would just go with the 6.6g servo. I had power problems with my 1.7g AS2000L with my ailerons. BTW, WHERE ARE THE PLANS FOR THE 6TH VER.4 BIPE? Can I have a link please? I can't find them.
