Yes I must remember that.. although I have a load of those little cells salvaged from some 'so called dead' micro helis I bought for parts....10 helis for 15 on ebay.. all the parts worked, they were just rubbish flying helis..lol..
I havnt done an Amp measurement yet, but the model wont get that long a flying time in any one weeks evening sesssion, so a recharge each time will keep it ok..

nice P38's ... a while back...

Picked up another mosquito in a trade and have a spare set of mosquito electronics to sell. Looking to get $50 shipped for every electronic out of the plane. They all work perfectly. receiver, both motors, ailerons etc. shoot me a pm if you are interested!

1. You need the programming card first.

2. Then you switch your computers region to Germany, our numerical system uses commas instead of full stops, which temporarily corrupts the model config setups.

3. Do what you'd normally do to program it, until...

4. You select the model config setup, you'll know its worked if you get the following error:

5. Continue the rest of the programming process as normal.

6. When you put the brick back in the plane there will be no AS3X.

7. To restore AS3X just change your computer region back to where it was previously set, and reprogram the brick as normal.

Connect the ailerons with a Y harness both running with the gyro. However loose the flaps and mixing.

or

Switch off the as3x and keep the flaps and mixing.

What would you guys do

I went for the second solution, but Im not happy about loosing my flaps though

But, forget Y harnesses, check this out!

It's been a while since I've had anything to post, but I trashed my little Cessna looking plane and had to build something to put the electronics in. I'm a big fan of the cat type jets as you may notice, so I took the plans from the the 24 inch plans ( the middle one) and shrunk them down to 60%. I ended up with a cat with 14.5" wingspan and 1.05 ounces minus the battery. It flys good, still experimenting with props and balance though. I haven't decided on a color scheme yet.

Thanks Valiant,
I'm waiting for the weather to get better, we've had some storms come through in the last few days and now it's cold and really windy.
