Depending on the planes weight, you may have to go brushless in order to get it to fly. Do you know what the current weight is? it looks too heavy for the mustang motor/gearbox.

without reciver(spectrum AR600L 3.9g), linear servo(1.5g) and motor (?g) its 40g

So the total is probably around 49g which sounds pretty heavy compared to the 36.4g UM mustang

The Hobby King motor is brushless. If you go with it, you will need the esc as well. You will also need to connect the esc to the 6400 and program the 6400 for brushless operation.

How do i program the 6400 for brushless

Why is no one using strip carbon fiber on the wing?

You might be best going with a 5g brushless. AUW with mount and prop are about 11g vs about 8g for the Mustang motor/prop and you'll have almost 2X the thrust (on 2s vs. 1s and the mustang motor). ESC weight would be another+ 7g and Extra 1S battery would weigh 10g more, so a cheap ($25 total) 2S brushless setup would weigh about 20g more and should fly a plane over 100g.

to switch the AR6400 to Brushless, bind it normally, then plug in the battery with the throttle stick on the TX up and to the left.

1s is a single cell Lipo (3.7v)

2s is 2 cell Lipo (7.4v)

An AR6400 can only work on 1S. You can simulate 1s operation, by running a Lipo compatible ESC on 2S and powering the AR6400 with the BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit) output. Because the BEC of an ESC is normally 5 volts, a Diode can be soldered into the AR6400 Positive battery wire that will drop the input voltage from 5v to 4v, which is just about perfect.

A good 2S battery pack for this would be Zippy 2S 180mAh

5g Brushless motor

or this one, which is lighter (though the specs make it seem heavier) 5.4g motor

Both motors should work fine with the 5043 or 5030 GWS props that are very popular with the SU-26 people. I don't know if the 5g motors come with a prop adapter. Mine did when I ordered them last month, the picture doesn't show it, but you'll need one with these props.

I don't have any experience with that motor, but it appears it could work, also.

For reference, the empty, hinged Mustang airframe weighs only 18g. The rest is radio, motor/gearbox, bellcrank/pushrods and batteries.

i think i'll use the motor i found.

A 1N4001 diode should work.
