Just in my two cents...
Could you add M1 to M4(M6) mapping description in source code comment?
OR
add Tri, Hexa/Y6(incl rotate direction) connection diagrams to first thread for the newbies?
OR
add motor connection diagram to each flash with next realese?
After this PCB will have 500-pages book "read before first fly"

You could upload it as a zip file for everybody to download.

Also, I think there is a list on the new http://www.kkmulticopter.com/ site.

SMD parts list from Mouser

A mostly-complete parts list for Mouser for the SMD build is attached. It does not include a recent addition (see sheet, and note below)
Note: This list omits an important resistor, number 11, which is 4.7k (not 4.7 ohms)

Actually have I thought about it. Now that I'm building this, I have already came up with a few improvements I might do if I make a second one. I haven't used derlin before so it could be a learning curve on how to machine it. I used what is availalbe around the house and I have already thrown several away as prototypes. I'm gunna look into derlin somemore and just might have to take the pludge.

Alll, I think they still use gyros to "short-term-stabilize" the quadrotors. They use the cameras as short-range-high-precision-GPS: It gives them the position of the quad to high accuracy.

Tri-Quad-Hexa-Octo-copters!!
FYI Many kitchen cutting boards are made out of Delrin. Much cheaper to buy those in the dollar stores if you want to keep a local source and costs low using that material
Cheers,

The name of the material is Delrin not Derlin, in case you are searching for it online. Delrin is the brand name for DuPont acetal resin. McMaster-Carr has it for a reasonable price. I got some sample pieces from eBay to make my arm-blocks.

1. Delrin, please not derlin, very tough, power tools only (Polyoxymethylene)
2. cutting boards are better because they are cheaper and strong enough
they are made from high density polyethylene (HDPE), not delrin

My opinion
Eric

I will use a cutting board and a radial arm saw, though the thick ones are getting difficult to find.

Oh! I thought they were Nylon.

In any case, superglue doesn't stick.....

Looking good Jakub

Are you using standard props and slanted motors on this one?

Cheers

Yes, I prefer slanted props
GWS 10x4.7 are almost indestructible...

You might want to rethink the c channel. It has poor torsional strength and can add to gyro instability. Square channel would work much better.
