Looks like a Jerry Small GR-7 "Kaze Killer," FAI version.

I can't recall ever needing a hacksaw and sledgehammer to achieve that sort of result. Usually just flying them does the trick.

The blue foam wing cores were made make by Stu Maxwell who later when on to EDF design and build fame. It was fun but noise problems around Sydney clubs restricted piped motors in the 90's and sport pro46 racing took over. Practice was done mid week with no one around then the race would be canceled for lack of numbers or other reasons.
Motors are Super tiger x40 with Nelson P/L.
