This is a very nice setup. Would it be possible to modify it to include the bell housing of the motor?

What are you using for the shaft? I have a similar setup using foam blocks and 2 razor blades but never had a decent shaft so I used a drill bit.

@reverendrichie
If you look below blade, you will see a hole for bearing.
Just make some sketch, and I can make changes in no time.

@capt
Here I used shaft from HK prop balancer, but you can use CF rod or anything straight.

Seems to me, that would be the way to go, that is, balancing the Blade with the motor bell housing attached.

I know what you mean, But here is little problem, if propeller is not in same position, it will be all unbalanced. Tomorrow I will show you pictures of new prop balancer. (Here is local time 20:37)

Tri-Quad-Hexa-Octo-copters!!
A quad, no motor tilt servos. The Mikrokopter and UAVX can be set up this way too.
Cheers,

Of course, was just looking at the V like setup. Although the two rear motors could both be angled out so to yaw with motor differential...

Oh no, Gary Mortimer will be here in a minute enthusing about that ugly thing. He seems to have bought one.

Some one posted (from youtube) an Octocopter. To me, the more you put on the more the cost. The tricopter is a poor mans wonderful toy.
