Blank Plane Template for Color Scheme Designs

Didn't I see someone post a "blank" sketch or computer drawing of an airplane that one could use to work on color schemes?

Or am I just imagining? Tried some searches, but nada. Would be handy for my new SwitchBack before I start covering.

Thanks,
David J.

Is there a way I can take the one out of FMS and use that picture? Seems like I remember someone doing this with Metasequoia or something.

Please advise.

Thank you,
David J.

Moving to top. I know someone out there knows something that can be or has been done.

Could really use the help.

Thanks,

Well, it's not blank but it should be easy enough to change the colors.

sorry about the lines. Should have turned them off before snapping.

Metasequoia is free and there are some pretty good instructions on how to use it available. It just takes a little practice.

Now, I see how it is done. I took several pictures of the plane after it was constructed (minus the covering), and then imported the pictures into a graphics editor and played around.

Your way looks a lot easier not to mention a lot better.
