Camera tracking instead of antenna tracking

I just thought of a neat idea and wonder if anyone has tried it:

Instead of mounting the patch antenna for antenna tracking, what about a small digital camcorder mounted to the tracking device so that you can make videos without anyone helping?

I think it would be neat for those slow and low fly bys.

Nice idea! you could likely do both at the same time with some y-cables
and have one tripod with your antenna and the other with a camera.

Maybe mount the camcorder above, below, beside the patch on one tripod?

Post video if you set something up
