I replaced my 6x3" with a 6x4" prop on my FW-190 running on my ad-100l 13g brushless motor running on a 2S 350mah. It was somewhat zoomy with this setup. The other thing I might try will be to go to a 3S 240mah battery and back to the 6x3" prop for some real zoomy action.

A new brick will soon be available that may be of interest. Its a AR6400LBL. It runs on a 2s lipo. Notice the "BL" in the part number

The UMX BEAST is a E-Flite model.

I think the brick in this plane is a game changer and will certainly be the next step in micro r\c. The plane is pretty cool to

I'm not fussed on the actual model - I just want the guts.

The internals will be absolutely perfect for the Cox Warbirds.

It will make them light and powerful and full house!

Gravity should consider modifying the moulds to take the new brick and a Park 180 (or similar) motor!

My only question is what sort of amps will the new AR6400LBL brick be capable of handling?

I'm hoping for at least 3a constant and 4a burst. That will mean around 20W power which is nice.

I'm already full house with my Cox planes using a AR6400L, AS2000L servos and 25 watt BL motor. AUW Full house @ > 4oz. The brick in this plane with its internal 30 watt ESC will allow and even lighter AUW.

So it's 4A constant and ???a burst - very nice!

I think I'll buy an AR6400LBL as soon as it's available and set it aside for my Cox BF-109.

I bet Modelflight - the Australia distributor - will charge their usual fortune. I'll get one through eBay instead, I think.

Well, y'all.

I just couldn't take it any longer. Warbirds for $12.99 ea is just too good to pass up. I tried to resist but will power won out over won't power! I will soon be the proud owner of one ZERO and one FW-190. Was just gonna get the ZERO but shipping for two is the same as for one so ended up getting both.

May as you know, the shipping cost is depended on the the weight, the size of the planes. Even less then 1 IBS, UPS will charge 1IBS shipping fee. It is a rule. Same as the size. I think
