Could the Parkzone ultra micro p-51d mustang serve as a beginner plane?

I'd say probably not -- but I know one gifted new RC pilot who started with that and the micro Sukhoi. Definitely fly over grass, not pavement.

No, not a good one at all. More for an intermediate pilot

The Vapor and the Cessna would be better bets, in that series, for a beginner. The Vapor was the very first RC plane I flew.

Vapor is fun and easy to start. C210 takes more practice. Sukhoi and p51D take experience.

Do not buy a P51 if you are a beginner.

Get a Vapor or another slightly faster 3 channel micro until you get bored the hell out of it while spending time on simulators to practice 4channels.

I'd say 'no' too. It moves quick, has a hair-trigger, and at 1.5oz isn't terribly robust. I've put it into the ground a number of times and I don't crash my other planes. Granted, I'm usually doing something low and stupid, but you just don't have any time to recover.

I would say no aswell, but i got one as a first plane after studying plane physics in my spare time and having about 50 hours on a sim, on which i can hover 3d planes etc. But i would say get a multiplex easy star
