Yeah, it's strange. I love my Tandem and I really like the MCX S300. Unclear why they just weren't as popular. Maybe people didn't like the way the Tandem flew? It is more like driving a bus than a sports car, but that's what makes it interesting! I love the scale look.

Lol, that's usualy how my flights end too. But a little crash like that won't hurt this bird.
It is a pita to work on....changing motors is a bad experience..I had to change out the PCB and it took me all day to get the right plugs into ther right places.

Your best plan might be to do a search on google and see what that brings up

Thanks John, I have done that. Just shows parts. Maybe I could build one from parts.

eBay may be your only hope in that case, they do pop up in the UK eBay site often as spares or repairs and as you can get spares easily enough they are repairable.

I saw 1 on amazon being sold by rc city but they are still asking for the original price of 149.99 for a BNF

Here is an RTF for 159.99 http://stores.homestead.com/hstrial-...RTF/Detail.bok

Keep checking Ebay. I got mine for like $70, in great shape. Parts on Ebay from HopMeUp, super cheap.

I've got the modeling bug again. I think the Nine Eagles Twingo canopy would look quite fine on a Blade Tandem Rescue. I'd be interested in obtaining a parts heli or would discuss buying a BNF or even a RTF (I can use the other bits & pieces for other projects).

I put a post in the Micro Heli FS/W forum:

If your tandem has the right yaw problem, just fly for about 1 minute...land, take out the battery, wait no more than 2 secs and reinstall the battery....should fly straight as an arrow (works for me).

Mine does that 3 out of 5 times... I just spool it up and get it off the ground and immediately land... unplug and replug batt and fly... works every time
