Some kind of database problem. Makes you start twitching and having withdrawal, doesn't it?

yes, yesterday it didn't want to open www.rcgroups.com at all for me too! It acted as there was no such website at all!

Buzz, all the posts of "it isnb't working for me, too" are still there for me! I see them and can repl, etc.!

Oh well, seems to me that everything is back to normal, so let's just forget it and keep posting! Or go fly!

Oh wait, I called my LHS to found out that the GB they set aside for me was sold to another guy by another salesman an hour ago!!!!
I am TICKED OFF!

GGRRRRRRRRR.

is it just me or was that a tad bit off topic?

Buzz, who do you think fixed the prob?
Why did it begin?
Oh well, it doesn't really matter - all that matters is that it is working.

Penguin,

I think the hard working guys at Ezone fixed it! I think it was some sort of database problem, according to what I read.

Too bad about your reserved plane getting sold out from under you. Can you order another one online?

it was a gearbox...I wouldn't have had a new plane flying in half a day, I wouldnt've minded...
but I really wanted to go fly today. Yes, online, for about $10 cheaper, but with shipping price, and it'll take until next weekend, and I'll be out of town then ......

Oh... I re read that. My bad. I thought it was a plane.

Boy, I hate when things like this happen to me . It's the frustration of knowing you can't do anything that really gets to you. Don't let it ruin your weekend.

yeah, I'm ticked off, but the prob was that the shaft was bent. I turned it over to my dad, who is a good engineer, and he bent it back out for me! It is not perfect, but it'll do until my LHS gets a new order of gb's. I will go to the LHS now, after I finish writing this, to get a few other things like a battery, and then I'll go fly my SS!
Yippee!

See? Dad's are good for something.

I hope it is straight enough... you might find you have a small earthquake on the front of your plane it it isn't.

Have fun!

as I said, it'll work for now, and if the bearing run out of centered form, then I really don't care, because I'm ordering a new motor combo for the next weekend anyway.
Because of that, when I went to the LHS, I got a really large prop for the motor, because if would've fried completely after an hour, then GOOD! I've taken the most out of it possible. I'm throwing it away anyway! I'll go back to the smaller prop for the new motor.

Hey, while I'm already typing, can you tell me, what does BTW mean?

Thanx!

P.S. I wouldv'e gone flying today, but I had to do a niiiiiiiiiice loooooooooooong first battery cycle. The little effort it takes, takes one day. The results...can be seen every day after. So, I figure I'll do it the good way. I've got dad's gigantic super-exact power supply out and charging now, exact to the .01 amp!!!
