here is my latest, still not too happy, need to find better enclosure but for now
it should be good enough ( need to finish top part with monitor0.
Everything fits in Ok.
All I need to do is plug in 1, 2 or 3 cables and Im ready to roll. If I cant fly on goggles I can take monitor out on a tripod.
If I use goggles monitor stays in the case.
I can take liberator out and be connected to the case with only one cable.
A/V, power plug and switch are on the side for safety to prevent any accidental disconnect

Jake,

That is excellent! I look forward to seeing some flight videos. Good luck getting it the way you want.

Sometimes, if I want to make a short flight, i bring my back-pack. Mobile, easy to use and simple.

Nice. Im going to do something similar as my 2.4 GS has morphed into a monster. It has Oracle, patch, dipole, 4 way splitter, 10000/3s lipo, 10"monitor, circuit breaker, 2x Rx, SD recorder and DVD burner, not to mention 2 sets of goggles. I got carried away and just kept adding bits. It sets up on a table with 2 folding chairs. Nice for a serious session, but I think I will build something like this for a quick and easy 900Mhz setup.

RC = FUN
FYI, Tower hobbies has a sale on their awesome cases:

http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXYSG2&P=ML

It comes with top and bottom egg mold type foam, and a precut bottom section (Square pieces, easy to tear out).

Works great, is super lightweight, and really durable!

Not to mention it's cheap! -Tyler

Check the gun department in your local Walmart. I've found them for about ten bucks there at times.
