Differences compared to the Yak 55??

Are there any significant flight differences between this new one and the "old" YAK 55? I won't be using the VPP system so that's not a player for me. Thanks for your candid and honest answers

Troy
Troy,

The biggest thing is the looks. A lot of people don't like the looks of the Yak 55. This is for them.

Also, this is a slightly larger airplane, so it handles a little extra weight a bit better, while still keeping the same characteristics. Because its larger, its not as "twitchy" as the "smaller" Yak is. You can actually fly a straight line with this without having to worry about it bobbling. Makes your flying seem a bit smoother.

Maybe RJ will elaborate a little more, but this is the basic idea I get from it.

Should be about the same as all the other models from Fancy Foam, or within that general range.
