Nice Tug Boz....

I think that one needs a build thread when you get to it!...

What does the 'study pack' include?

I tried calling to ask that very question. I think it may just be some center folds to get your blood boiling I will try again next week and see if they have "mini-me" Plans that I can resize. Sure, I would do a build log...Just need to line up my Mini-tugs first I think it would be great fun.

Hartman offers this little tug. http://www.hartmanmodelboats.com/ Pretty lame website, you'll prolly have to dig to find the model.

It's about 20" or so, a bit bigger than Bozinator may want.

Thanks guys ...... I got inspired last night but I am not ready to start a build log yet. It is around 9.5" and 10" overall length. What I am trying to do is being able to use 12" plywood which can be found most everywhere. Mainly 1/32" and 1/64" plywood and maybe some plastic 1/2 rounds for the rub rails. Power will be once again the MPI brushed 180 motor/gearbox combo with an AI runner ESC (kind of what I have on hand)

More later my friends

Would be much easier if the link on the left hand side was changed from "Hartman Models" to something more descriptive like: "Hulls" "Short Kits" or "Online Hull Catalog".

Well, I finally received my info pack from Berkley engineering. What a waste...just five letter size pages with the same info on their site..just wasn't what I was expecting, that is for sure. I asked the rep if she could make a smaller scale drawing set...They don't have the capability to make their CAD drawings in a smaller scale What? Fine!

I will just make my own small tug...You guys can help me right? I will make templates and share of course

Hee hee, if they don't know how to scale CAD drawings... er....

You have plenty of info on that one sheet you posted earlier to build a model of this boat, Boz.

Thanks Tugs,

Nice looking tug....Tugs It is not going to be for me, per say, but for the kids in my family circle. I do, as always, appreciate the help from everyone. For now, I want to keep it simple for me to build and for them to handle as you might have figured out now. I have some time now to work on the little guys, before the 8 o'clock hour when I can work outside on my Honeydoooos(new storage shed for our summer toys .
