It looks to like you have a good plan there. I think you will have enough plane there to do 3D which that design does very well. I think I would consider reducing the size of the elevator and ailerons some not a lot, but some. I didn't do it on the elevator on my 250% version and wish that I had, but I have the wing plan drawn up with proportionally smaller ailerons. My 250% will be way over powered with 4 1200watt motors. Using smaller batteries I will only run them at 400 to 600 watts. I plan on doing a 25 foot B-17 if and when I finish this one. I will use the same motors for that one. It will be a big challenge to make it light and some what scale.
Good luck with your giant cargo. I think it is a good idea to mod that tail gear and use it as a front gear. If you want to look at what I am doing with my 250% cargo, here is the link:

ok went to Lowe's and bought a FFF Bunch of new stock Dow 1/8 Underlayment .

and one sheet of 1/2 " 4' X 8' blue Dow board . Think this will work good . i will use the 1/2" foam for the load bearing structures . and basic layer it with the FFF .

with this being a 75" WS Twins . i need to have a removable wing how should i do this ? i don't like using ruberbands on something this big ?

you lay the tabs out the size you need on the foam.
mark the center of the tab then split the diffrence of the thickness of the material you are using.

LOL i miss typed . tabs will be fine SLOTS will have to be resized . As RT said just lay them out once the plans are printed , pretty easy . With the Tabs , leaving them on the long side is helpful as once glued together you can cut them off flush for a nice clean finish .

Glue

I just finished framing my 2nd cargo foamy (dollar tree foam) and I've used mostly hot glue to put it all together. I also used the new Gorilla glue II which dries 2x faster than the original. complete dry to the touch within 30 minutes. just make sure you moist the both surface when you apply glue this will make it activate faster. I used it on critical sections such as the wings...
