Of fine scale modeler has a workbench review of of a 1/35 DUKW model kit by

Italeri, distributed by Testor,
www.testors.com
Price: $35

Maybe the plans in the model kit will work for you.

Assuming you are looking for a working model, Radio Modeller magazine used to have a set of plans (British magazine, now swallowed up by Nexus special interests). I have a copy of the plan somewhere.

Dean's Marine, also in England, have a kit for one as well.

Nexus no longer have this one on their site, I too have these plans but
never got round to building it.
